Holon Yoga Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Holon Yoga, including any classes, services, or facilities provided by the studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Membership and Pass Options
- Holon Yoga offers several memberships and pass options
- Memberships are nominal and cannot be transferred or shared with another person.
- 6 Class passes can be shared with friends or family members.
- Payment for memberships and passes is to be made at the studio in cash.
3. Absence and Membership Extensions
In the case of absence due to travel or sickness, membership can be extended as follows
- The 1 Month Pass can be extended for 1 week.
- The 3 Month Pass can be extended for 2 weeks.
- The 6 Month Pass can be extended for 3 weeks.
4. Class Reservations and Cancellations
- To secure a spot in a class, members must make a reservation through the dedicated App or online. Ask your teacher if you need help with this.
- Cancellations should be made at least 12H before the scheduled class, through the same App.
5. Code of Conduct
- Make sure to respect the guidance note on “How to elevate your journey at Holon Yoga” available at the studio.
- Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas, and lockers are available for this purpose. Holon Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Health and Safety
- Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any yoga practice or any other course at Holon Yoga.
- Inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns before participating in a class.
7. Waiver of Liability
- Holon Yoga is not liable for any injuries, death, damages, or losses that on the premises.
- Members are responsible for their personal safety during classes, individual sessions, and while using studio facilities.
- When you join any activity organized at Holon Yoga, participants agree with the following;
- If you feel discomfort or strain at any time during the practice you should inform the teacher.
- You may rest or discontinue at any time during a session. It is important in yoga to your body and respect its limits.
- Yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury or death. You are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
- Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. It is your responsibility to consult with my medical doctor prior to and regarding your participation in yoga-related activities. You certify that you are physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent your participation in yoga seminars.
- You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I might incur as a result of practising yoga.
- You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Holon, its instructors and students for injury or damages that may occur as a result of participation in yoga seminars.
- You, you heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Holon or its instructors or students for any injury, disease or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
8. Schedule and Facility Changes
- Holon Yoga reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, membership fees, or studio facilities without prior notice.
9. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during registration is used for administrative purposes and to keep students updated about the activities of Holon Yoga.
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Termination of Membership
- Holon Yoga reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
