Led by a certified nutrition coach, yoga therapists and public health specialist, this intensive yet rewarding program is aimed at restoring balance to your digestive system. By integrating a unique combination of lifestyle adjustments, nutritional modifications, along with yoga asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, kriyas, and meditation practices, participants will commence a comprehensive journey towards enhancing gut function and fostering a stronger mind-body connection.

What to Expect

  • From the 7th to the 27th of October: Daily 60-minute yoga sessions per week, blending various yoga techniques to target digestive health.
    • Monday to Friday, 8-9 AM at Holon Yoga
    • Saturday and Sunday will be home practice
  • 4 workshops to learn everything you need to know (Tuesdays 9:30-11:00)
    • 1/10 Introductory session: Principles of Yoga & Nutrition Therapy and guidance on how to start your journey
    • 8/10 Basic anatomy of the digestive system, yoga anatomy the gut-brain axes and concrete tips for better digestion
    • 15/10 Balancing your diet and lifestyle for optimal well-being based on your Ayurvedic constitution.
    • 22/10 Q&A and integration of previous topics
  • Optional online participation for those unable to attend the whole program in person.
  • Optional intermittent fasting protocol and yogic cleansing “Shanka Prakshalana"
  • WhatsApp group to share your progress, and questions and connect with other participants.

The value of this comprehensive program is priced at 320 EURO per person. However, we believe in making yoga therapy accessible to all. Therefore, for the launching of the program, participants are encouraged to contribute what they feel is appropriate based on the value they receive from the program. All donations will support the construction of a yoga therapy hospital in India, enabling us to give back to communities in need.

-       Individuals experiencing severe digestive issues, recent surgery, continuous vomiting, blood in stool or unintentional weight loss.

Meet your yoga therapist and nutrition coach

Emilie Ananya Ananda brings over a decade of experience in practising, learning, and teaching Yoga. She holds certification as a Hatha yoga instructor from the SivaOm School of Yoga and a specialisation in yoga therapy through the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Science. Yoga therapy, designed to assist those with specific physical or mental conditions, is a focus of her expertise and studies.

She always sought authentic teachings of yoga embracing the profound wisdom received from Indian masters. This commitment to authentic instruction enhances her ability to share the transformative benefits of yoga with her students.

In addition to her yoga credentials, Emilie is an anthropologist, public health specialist, and holistic nutrition health coach. Before transitioning to yoga therapy, she dedicated 14 years to humanitarian aid, coordinating health programs primarily in Africa, Asia, and Central America.

Today, Emilie Ananya is dedicated to helping her students achieve harmony between body, mind, and breath using a diverse range of techniques. She is also the founder of Holon Yoga.
